Yes. All Market Share Media mortgage leads are delivered real time via SMS text message, email, or pushed to your CRM of choice. Note: Not all CRM providers deliver leads real time. Our testing has proven that some CRM providers can have up to a 15 minute delay in lead delivery.

Can you develop a custom lead generation strategy for my mortgage company?

Yes. This is where we feel like we shine. We love to collaborate with clients to ensure they get the results they are looking for. Beware of ad agencies that will only generate ads based on a handful of search terms.

Do you require any long term contracts?

No. Market Share Media does not require lenders to sign contracts. We want you to continue doing business with us because we ad value to your bottom line. All services are month to month.

No. Unfortunately, Market Share Media builds custom web properties that we drive traffic to for optimal results.

Are your mortgage leads exclusive?

Yes. Once a territory or market is assigned, that territory is yours for as long as you choose to continue doing business with us. On rare occasions we have multiple clients share a territory, but leads to each respective party are exclusive.
